BREATH

  Dear member,

The Breathing Clean initiative was developed to support the Anti-Fraud Task Force with educating homeowners about the benefits of air duct cleaning and the importance of hiring a reputable company to perform the service. Another component of the Breathing Clean mission is to provide you, the NADCA member, with valuable content and resources to help you promote your business.

As part of your NADCA membership, you will continue to have access to various toolkits throughout the year, each with a different theme. This toolkit contains content related to Indoor Air Quality and Indoor Air Quality month (October). You’ll find sample social media messages and graphics that can be shared with your Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram followers.

Just copy and paste the text, links, and graphics on the following pages into your social media posts to share with your followers.    POST #1: Why should you care about your indoor air?

  • Instagram: The average person spends about 90% of their time indoors. And with temperatures dropping, your home will soon be sealed up which means indoor air pollutants have no way to escape. Over time, these pollutants accumulate in your home’s #airducts only to be recirculated every time the furnace kicks on. Cleaning your air ducts this fall season means you’re taking the right steps to ensure you and your family are not breathing in those pollutants all winter.
