The Certificate will be issued by Naeti (US).|
|Asbestos Supervisor/Contractor||5 Days||NAETI (US) Certificate with ID Card||A program designed for all project managers scheduled to monitor an asbestos removal job. It combines a full supervisor training as well as training Sampling Techniques, Air Monitoring and includes hands on activities. My name is Colin Winning and I have been directly involved in US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified asbestos training and OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) controlled asbestos abatement and survey projects since 2001.
In 2001 I trained as an EPA-certified asbestos contractor, inspector and project manager at NAETI (National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute) in Ocean City, New Jersey, USA. At the same time, I trained as a PCM (Phase Contrast Microscopy) asbestos air sample analyst.
On completion of the above training program I became a trainer for NAETI, covering theMiddle East Region, where I was living at that time. I now live in the Philippines and I am the NAETI representative and asbestos trainer for the Asia Pacific Region.
In the last 15 years or so I have organized and managed asbestos abatement projects and/or surveys for various clients in: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, Bahrain, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Angola, Brazil, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore.
During that same time, I have organized and run asbestos-based training programs in: the UK, UAE, India, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines and Nigeria.
Last year in India I have conducted one course training for Supervisor/Contractor in Alang, Gujarat on 27th July 2015.
